What can i expect from dinosaur squad at my event?

Dinosaur Squad will arrive at the agreed upon time with our dinosaur “trainer” and Raven, the dinosaur. Activities during the appearance will coincide with the package that is booked and predetermined on the contract. If you have questions or requests please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

How do I secure my date?

50% non-refundable deposit of total (including travel fees or mileage fees) is due up front to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

How much does it cost for dinosaur squad to come to an event or birthday party?

We are transparent with pricing to make things easy. Click on the “Parties” or “Daycare/Schools” tab, depending on your needs to see prices and what’s included. If you are hosting a different type of event or a large festival just reach out to us and we will create a custom package for you.

What age groups is this suitable for?

While we’re all dinosaur-lovers at heart, Dinosaur Squad appearances are most suitable for children 8 and under. This doesn’t mean that older children won’t enjoy a Dinosaur Squad appearance.

Can we customize a package?

Potentially, just ask. If we agree to terms other than what we have laid out we will be sure to detail it in the contract prior to the event.

How much space is needed?

Outdoor events are great, but indoor events will work, too! We just need enough room for Raven to move around a bit. She’s a big girl and the span from her nose to the tip of her tail is about 10 feet!

What if we realize on the day of the appearance that we need more time?

Please notify us as soon as you come to this realization. If the trainer and dinosaur performer both agree and have availability it may be arranged for an additional fee. The fee must be paid on the day of the appearance.

why are the appearances so short? We have an all-day event that we want to book.

Have you ever worn a heavy dinosaur suit in the Georgia heat at a children’s party? For the health and safety of the dinosaur performer they need frequent breaks. We can discuss pre-determined scheduled appearances from Raven all day at your large event or festival. Just reach out to us to discuss.

where is dinsoaur squad based? And where do you travel?

We are based in Lawrenceville, Georgia serving all of the metro Atlanta area. We due charge a mileage fee for events more than 20 miles each way outside of the 30046 zip code. If your event is more than 90 miles each way we may require an additional travel fee (due to a potential overnight stay) to be determined prior to booking.

Can you work our holiday event?

We are available for some holidays, but please note that working a holiday or a holiday weekend will incur an additional $50 fee.
